What inspired you to start your business?
I have always loved being a part of a great team. Building a company with the mission of making that a reality for others as well on a much larger scale really motivates me.
Why are you excited about your company/product?
Most companies today evolve from the top-down. I know there's so much unlocked potential within the teams on how to actually solve the problems that the reorgs are trying to address but often fail miserably or even create new bigger problems. I think it will be revolutionary if teams themselves get the opportunity to respond to their own problems and evolve incrementally.
