Building TeamOS, an AI-powered team collaboration platform
To help bigger companies move at startup speed. TeamOS facilitates day-to-day coordination, collects data on how teams depend on others, and combines it with data from existing collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Github, calendars, etc.) in a single knowledge graph. This enables its AI consultants to learn and recommend what to change in teams, processes, ownership or priorities to eliminate collaboration bottlenecks. We make continuous improvement inevitable.
