SMS based AI agents for insurance workflows
We build AI agents that operate entirely over SMS for insurance workflows at the moments that matter most, before a quote, after a quote, and during claims. Insurance experiences still break down at high intent moments. Prospects drop off when they have questions before finishing a quote. Follow ups after a quote require calls, emails, and manual chasing. Claims slow down while customers wait for updates, submit documents, or try to understand next steps. These conversations happen outside core systems, creating delays, frustration, and unnecessary load on support teams. Our agents live inside text messaging and connect directly to an insurer or broker’s existing systems to answer questions, collect information and documents, send updates, and move workflows forward without pushing customers into portals or call queues.

I'm a second-time founder and software engineer. My journey started when I built robots at age 7, and later caught the AI bug at an early age after attending Yoshua Bengio's seminars. My first internships were for B2C startups where I built traditional and non-traditional user interfaces. I later started my first company, a B2B SaaS company that sold EHR software and researcher management tools to one of the largest hospital networks in Canada.

I’m a second-time technical founder with a background in computer science and math from the University of Toronto. I previously ran one of Canada’s largest AI communities and built and sold AI infrastructure into the largest public school network in Canada. Along the way, I worked at startups like Wombo, where I led GTM and partnerships, providing a mix of deep technical expertise and hands-on experience in scaling products and teams.
