Hi, I'm Ari, co-founder of Avenir AI (AI agents for HR/Benefits). I graduated MIT (Bachelor's and Master's), where I studied Computer Science and Cognitive Science. I previously built B2B AI products at Apple and Microsoft, including AI Experiences where Copilot was born. I researched in ML for Healthcare for 3 years at MIT's top AI labs: CSAIL and the Media Lab.

Why are you excited about your company/product?
I’m excited about Avenir AI because we're building an AI-native layer for employee benefits, which means solving a lot of challenging technical problems: from building a domain ontology out of messy unstructured benefits data, to making that data actionable with context engineering, all while implementing AI safety guardrails & strategies to mitigate hallucination. Without today's LLM technology, this level of intelligence & speed would never be possible, which positions us as the pioneers bringing employee benefits into today's AI era.
