It ingests utility studies, electrical one-lines, equipment specifications, procurement records, and construction schedules into a unified energy ontology linking physical assets, technical requirements, and project milestones. AI agents reason over this model to evaluate generation and storage configurations, match equipment to electrical specifications, prepare interconnection submissions, and trace changes across engineering, procurement, cost, and schedule. When a utility issues a revised requirement, Vela identifies affected assets and documents, computes downstream dependencies, and coordinates updates across connected systems. This gives developers and EPCs a continuously updated view of what capacity can be energized, when, and under which technical constraints.
