I led strategy and M&A at NICE (NASDAQ: NICE), one of the world’s largest enterprise CX companies. I saw an industry that was completely rule-based, fragmented, and workflow-heavy. GenAI changes that completely, finally allowing brands to deliver immersive, relevant, adaptive experiences that render in real time. it is simply the perfect time to build.
