I'm a second-time founder who previously grew a company from zero to 170 million dollars in ARR. Along the way, I managed a team of over 100 top-tier engineers and built multi-million dollar relationships with companies like CVS Pharmacy and Major League Baseball. As a computer engineer, I've tackled challenges in AI, Radar Simulation, Cloud Communications, GPS, signal processing, LLMs, and more. I'm also a big believer in the power of games, simulations, and the future. Coaching is a huge passion of mine, and I can't wait for a world where everyone has access to personal coaching in whatever they do!

What's the story behind your company?
I’ve always been obsessed with coaching, but growing up, I didn’t have access to the kind of elite guidance that could have helped me reach my full potential. In 2021, I started imagining a world where AI coaching would be at everyone’s fingertips, giving people the kind of support that used to be reserved for top athletes or executives. I realized we could build a platform that wasn’t limited to just one sport or skill, but could coach people in any area they wanted to grow. That vision took hold, and it felt like something I had to bring to life, so I did, making elite coaching available to absolutely everyone.
How is your team uniquely positioned to solve the problem you're tackling?
Our team includes data scientists from Nasdaq, Meta, and the globally recognized South African Sport Science Institute. I've personally led a startup from $0 to $170M in ARR in a high-growth environment. We're passionate about coaching and have been early pioneers in this space, developing specialized expertise that keeps us ahead of the curve. By combining world-class technical talent with a proven track record of scaling, we're uniquely positioned to continue leading the market and making elite coaching accessible to everyone.
