What's the story behind your company?
SuperGamings Story is better known as 3 Guys, A Dog and a Dream that met the App Store We firmly believe that the Best Teams make the Best games. Our commitment to building the best teams comes from the founding team where I and the CTO have worked together for 22 years and the rest of our founding team has also worked together for over a decade. Most of our Teams have either gone to school together and have been at SuperGaming for 5 years allowing us to build the Best Teams and build something as ambitious as Indus. Good Gaming companies take lots of time to assemble since the talent is not readily available in India and we have had to work for the past 10 years to get all the skills needed to build the Best Teams across departments needed to build the best Game.
What problem or opportunity inspired you to start your company, and how has your vision evolved since then?
Games are an expression of your art and culture. As Indians we found ourselves under represented in the World of Games coming from a 5000 year old culture. Our Mission at SuperGaming is Building India's Gaming Revolution by building games and a voice to the content and culture of Games. Our Game Indus showcases Art and Content where we are building the "Wakanda of India”. As we started the company we realized that this Lack of Representation is not just India but also many cultures around the world like Brazil , Indonesia and also the Middle East. Our Vision has since expanded to building Authenticity for all regions as we expand beyond India.
What sets you apart from others in your industry?
The SuperGaming team has built multiplayer shooters for over 8 years and have built a deep understanding of our audience and know what drives their engagement and spending. With our Genre Mastery in mobile shooters, we emphasize the importance of relentless pursuit for mastery of game genre, continuously innovating within a framework tied to intangible knowledge about our players expectations from such games.
