I'm the Co-Founder and CEO of Rhema Health, building the Clinical AI team for Medicare patients. We deliver clinical use cases end to end, from outreach and assessment to care coordination and risk capture. This work is personal. In 2024-25 I navigated a serious chronic condition myself, and my wife led Annual Wellness at Palo Alto Medical Foundation. Living on both sides of the system made clear how much of Medicare care delivery is bottlenecked on nursing capacity, and how much of it AI can finally unlock. Previously at Meta, I led the Facebook Monetization product team, building Creator monetization, FB Watch, Gaming, and Reels monetization from the ground up. Together these products generated a larger revenue run rate than YouTube, helping scale Ads revenue from $15B to $40B+ and Reels from $0 to $10B+. Won Meta's Move Fast award out of 2,500+ PMs. Before Meta, I led a personalization product at Monetate (30% of US e-commerce, scaled through Series B/C to $30M+ ARR). Earlier, I built the Health SaaS platform at Gordon Food Service to compete with CBORD and PointClickCare in long-term care. We've assembled a team of active clinicians and researchers from Stanford and UPenn to bring this vision to life.
