Co-founder & CEO at Quago
Alon Dayan
I’m the CEO and Co-founder of Quago. Previously, I founded Unbotify, a bot detection company acquired by Adjust in 2019 and later integrated into Applovin. With a background in cybersecurity and fraud prevention, I now lead Quago in helping AAA gaming studios tackle in-game cheating and UA fraud at scale.
Questions & Answers
What sets you apart from others in your industry?
Most anti-cheat and fraud detection tools rely on game event data, which often fails to detect sophisticated cheaters and fake traffic. Quago stands out by analyzing sensor data and player connectivity, providing studios with unmatched accuracy in identifying in-game cheaters and fraudulent UA activity. Our machine learning models operate in real time, allowing studios to take confident, targeted action and safeguard their revenue at scale.
What inspired you to start your business?
I’ve always loved games, and as the industry grew, so did the challenge of in-game cheating. I saw how existing cheat detection methods weren’t keeping up with the increasingly advanced tactics cheaters are using. With my experience in behavioral analysis and cheat detection, I knew there had to be a better way, so we built Quago to give studios the accuracy and confidence they need to act against cheaters.
