Piper-ai
The AI workforce for construction. 100,000$ live ARR in 12 weeks
General contractors make critical pricing and risk decisions from thousands of fragmented bid documents under extreme time pressure. On projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars, even small mistakes in scope, pricing, or risk can erase millions in margin. Piper helps them understand what they are actually bidding: what must be accounted for, where the hidden risk is, and what contradictions could become costly mistakes. In 12 weeks since launch, Piper has reached $100K+ ARR and built a $1M+ pipeline with multi-billion-dollar contractors.

Ido Gedanken
Started university at 14, led a robotics team that finished 2nd in the world, served in an elite military rescue unit, and later worked at Microsoft on products used by hundreds of millions of users. That path shaped how I think: from first principles, across complex systems, and under pressure. I’m drawn to problems that are hard, messy, and consequential. And this is how one defines construction, an industry with enormous complexity and massive economic impact, where tens of billions are lost when teams make critical decisions without resources to fully understand the job.

Erez Tepper
Started university at 14, founded and led a nationwide education organization at 16 with 400+ volunteers, and later built and deployed AI systems in production, before the generative AI boom, across defense, government, physics, and enterprise. That path shaped how I think: in systems, under constraints, and in real-world complexity. I’m drawn to messy, high-stakes problems where decisions matter, and software has to work beyond the lab. That’s what drew me to construction- a deeply complex industry where critical decisions are still made under time pressure, fragmented information, and hidden risk.

From commanding in a military special operations unit to bootstrapping a cybersecurity startup to nearly $1M ARR, where I led sales, customer success, and operations, I learned how to build in high-pressure environments where trust is earned and execution matters.
