What sets you apart from others in your industry?
We're not building a platform that focuses day to day manual operations. We're building an operating system that is the foundation layer that restructures and rethinks, how debt operations work. Our agentic & automation layer is designed to offset intensive manual operations using voice, text, email and internal tasks. Our tool-set is second to none with AI built natively to absorb substantial amounts of data and leveraging that as power for our agent communications.
What inspired you to start your business?
We recognized the debt space has issues scaling beyond legacy tech limitations. Outdated software that is unable to adapt to how customers truly need to function and change if necessary for their growing business. As organizations grow, so do their customers and people operations to satisfy the demand. The need for automation isn't an option anymore, its what their business needs to succeed.
Can you share a distinctive achievement or highlight from your career?
Former Global Head of Design & Growth at CoinMarketCap, where I helped scale the business through its $400M sale to Binance and later led key post-acquisition integration efforts, including the migration of people operations & product.
