How is your team uniquely positioned to solve the problem you're tackling?
Deploying reliable AI products to production requires a mix of ML best practices and good software engineering. Farouk and I have deep experience at opposite ends of this stack.
What's a memorable 'aha' moment you've had while building your startup?
For months we were trying to sell companies on "if you have good metrics we can help you optimize your system over it". Only to be met with "well we don't have good metrics". Took us a while to realize maybe thats what we should be selling instead.
