Why are you excited about your company/product?

Cardiac patients get world-class care inside the hospital and almost nothing when they go home. We built the always-on care team that follows them out the door — and we've done it at America's top hospitals, reducing readmissions by over 90%. We're changing the way patients engage with care outside the hospital so they never have be patients again.

What's a memorable 'aha' moment you've had while building your startup?

Everyone thought virtual care would solve low engagement in preventive care by expanding access. Digital health companies tried this for a decade, but it barely moved the needle. Our aha moment was that the problem isn't access, it's speed. How fast can you reach a patient after their heart attack? How can you both monitor them to catch warning signs before they become ER visits and apply interventions like medication adjustments that patients actually follow through on? For cardiac patients, every minute matters.
