Third Space for Fashion

Every culture, every era, every person gets dressed. Fashion is the most universal human behavior, and it has never had a real platform. Lekondo is building that platform. Upload an outfit and we detect every item, building your digital closet as you live. Over time you start to see patterns in what you reach for, what works, who you are. Zoom out and you get a global lookbook of how people are expressing themselves everywhere, right now. The tools to speak it fluently have always belonged to a select few. We think that should change.

Mitchell Overfield

I’m a day-0 builder driven by curiosity and the satisfaction of making hard things simple. I’m motivated by challenging, novel experiences; I obsess over quality, I make sense of ambiguity, I move mountains, and I deliver with a good attitude because I love solving problems. At Dropbox I helped take Dash from rough prototypes to a flagship AI product by putting real foundations in place: clear interfaces, tight instrumentation, and fast iteration that turned user signal into momentum. When a release blocker turned out to live in Chrome, I worked with Google until a hotfix shipped to customers. When I uncovered a critical auth issue in Okta, they recognized it with a $5K bounty. Earlier at Microsoft I built cloud and ML systems for $1B+ Azure customers, and once designed a system to push Docker updates to a container ship in the middle of the Pacific Ocean over an ultra-low-bandwidth satellite link. Now I’m building Lekondo with the same zero-to-one energy: product-minded, systems-literate, measurement-rigorous, always iterating. Off hours I’m training for the NYC Marathon and exploring underground techno—same loop as my work: endurance, curiosity, and a drive for what’s next that never fades out.
