Why are you excited about your company/product?
AI-generated content and face filters are eroding trust in online dating. Ghosted will be the first platform where all content is 100% real. Our AI-driven fake detection creates a defensible data moat, ensuring authenticity. With a content-first approach and a strong brand around trust, we're building the next-gen dating app for real connections. As dating incumbents struggle, we see a massive opportunity to redefine the space and capture a growing, highly monetizable market.
Can you share a distinctive achievement or highlight from your career?
I have always aimed to deliver AAA-quality applications. One of my biggest achievements was leading the iOS refactor of Deezer's Search system which accounted for 36% of daily traffic. At Trainline, I worked and led development of features on the iOS app used by millions monthly users, delivering features that increased conversion rates and sales. These experiences in building and scaling high-impact iOS consumer products are exactly what we are applying at Ghosted to create the best dating app on the market.
