Galileo Space
We build AI-powered satellites for critical defense intelligence, delivering actionable insights in minutes instead of hours or days.
Galileo Space builds satellites that compute in orbit for national security. We fuse RF and optical sensing onboard and downlink actionable intelligence instead of raw data so warfighters act faster. In July 2026, we delivered two live demos of RF classification and optical fusion to Space Force teams. As of September 2026, we have three signed support letters from Space Force and AFRL, six countersigned commercial imagery LOIs, and are developing our first $1.25M Space Force contract. CEO Kazi Farabi led end-to-end on-orbit testing of protected military communications satellites. CTO Tadeh Mirzakhanian led RF hardware for Starship Flights 2–9 at SpaceX. CSO Jose Serrano built on-device machine learning for Google Photos.

Meet the Team
CEO at Galileo Space
Kazi Farabi
My name is Kazi and I'm the CEO and co-founder of Galileo Space. I've spent my career building classified military satellites and missile systems at Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where I was a lead systems engineer on protected military communications and missile warning satellites and led on-orbit testing for two of them. Now I'm building satellites that compute in orbit for defense.
Co Founder at Galileo Space
Jose Serrano
My name is Jose and I’m a co-founder for Galileo Space. I’ve been leading the goverment contracts effort as well as the software architecture of our AI satellites. I have experience at Google, Amazon, Northrop, and Lockheed Martin and have been a software engineer for the past decade.
CTO - RF Hardware & DSP Engineer at Galileo Space
Tadeh Mirzakhanian
CTO and cofounder of Galileo Space. I led all RF hardware on Starship Flights 2 through 9 at SpaceX, including the first Starlink phased array on Starship. Before that, electronic warfare at Raytheon on the MALD-N jammer.
