B2CConsumerAI Generative Media

DRS is an AI-native consumer app studio with 2 generative media apps generating $500K+ ARR, powered by a shared engine that makes each new app faster to launch and better at retaining users.

DRS is an AI-native consumer app studio that builds and operates high-quality products on a shared backend and live-ops foundation. Our stack covers marketing, data, content management, A/B testing, pricing, and user identity. Each new app builds on existing infrastructure, while successful features and learnings can be applied across the portfolio. As AI makes development easier, we focus on the harder challenge: acquiring, converting, and retaining users. We have launched three apps and reached approximately $500K ARR. My Clip, our music web app, reached $180K ARR in 21 days, versus 130 days for Glow, our first app. Our 10-person expert team spans product, engineering, design, growth, and creative, including former Alictus (game studio) executives, where SciPlay acquired at $125M, earlier startup founder with $40 MM ARR and 230-person team. We’re building a scalable consumer app studio where every launch benefits from the technology and operating knowledge developed before it.

Co-Founder / CEO at DRS

Osman Elsoz

Osman is the co-founder of DRS, an AI-native consumer app studio combining consumer research, product development, and growth expertise to build AI-powered consumer products. DRS joined a16z speedrun’s SR007 cohort in San Francisco. Previously, Osman led data at Alictus/SciPlay, working on games with 500 million combined installs. He built data infrastructure, analytics systems, and machine learning algorithms, translating user behavior into recommendations for product development, retention, and growth. He served as data lead at Alictus through its acquisition by SciPlay. His career began at P&G, where he worked in consumer research and market understanding, studying how people make decisions and what drives product adoption. He later brought that expertise into gaming, connecting a lifelong interest in games with his professional background in consumer behavior and data. Osman’s entrepreneurial experience began in college, where he started three ventures, including a networking platform for student clubs and a QR-code menu business that attracted paying restaurant and bar customers. Before graduating, he also developed and published mobile games. He subsequently built and shipped multiple consumer apps independently, gaining experience across the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to development and launch.
