Dex is an AI recruiter and career coach that gets to know candidates well beyond their CV to uncover their ambitions, motivations and deal breakers. He uses that knowledge to match candidates with top-tier tech companies that value the same things, making for more meaningful, long term matches. But he doesn’t stop at job matching, he’s also a career coach (that’s actually helpful). He promotes self-reflection, guides career planning, company evaluations and even helps prep and practice for interviews. For companies, Dex is solving the single biggest challenge in business: hiring. He provides immediate access to exceptional, and often off-market, talent who are more likely to stick. Ultimately, we believe life is short and should be filled with work that matters.

Paddy Lambros
I'm Paddy, Co-Founder and CEO at Dex. I've spent more than a decade helping companies like Improbable and the VC fund Atomico to hire elite talent. I've interviewed more than 10,000 people, everything from software engineers to secret agents. Expelled from school and spent time on the streets, I've made it here, and I'm just getting started. Harry Uglow
I've spent my entire career focused on delivering new product experiences through cutting-edge software. I led engineering on Atomico's industry-leading data analytics and insights platform, as well as deploying LLMs and GenAI products to support the investment team. Previously, I led product and engineering at Kinscape, leading the business through a pivot and platform redesign. Before this I was an early engineer at Ava Security, a CCTV software startup later acquired by Motorola. I am the youngest person to row the English channel solo. I've been lucky enough to have worked with some excellent recruiters when making career moves, and want to bring that experience to everyone at Dex.
