Corlen is an autonomous loan origination platform for commercial real estate.
We move loans from intake to underwriting with no manual work. 6 weeks after starting the company, we signed pilots worth six figures in ARR. Waruna (CEO) closed dozens of real estate deals while building product at Meta and Linkedin. Meheresh (CTO) led Platform AI at Rippling, building the agentic systems behind Rippling AI, one of its fastest-growing products.

Meheresh Yeditha
Staff Engineer + Tech Lead Manager at Rippling for 4.5 years. Built and led the foundations of Rippling’s AI platform and product strategy. Technical lead for three Tier 1 launches: Devices Agent, Rippling AI, and Data Cloud. I’m a CMU graduate and completed a master’s degree and thesis in Computational Linguistics at the University of Washington while working full-time at Microsoft, where I built data analytics and processing systems for Microsoft Maps & Geospatial.
