Justin is a founder, DJ, and festival producer who built an entertainment company from the inside of the culture he was trying to serve. After recognizing that the biggest problem in music wasn't talent - it was distribution - he co-founded Clouted to become the growth infrastructure layer for modern entertainment. He also produced &FRIENDS Festival, growing it from a passion project into a sold-out 20,000+ attendee biannual EDM event in Manila. Justin operates at the intersection of artist culture and distribution systems - giving Clouted an authentic lens that no traditional agency can replicate.
