Questions & Answers
What problem or opportunity inspired you to start your company, and how has your vision evolved since then?
I lead engineering on McDonald's Drive-thru AI project. It was there that I saw the huge challenge that product teams had shaping the experience of AI systems, leading to customer rejection and ultimately the failure of the project. BotBot was the product I dreamt of in that moment as it would have saved the project.
How is your team uniquely positioned to solve the problem you're tackling?
Our team are veterans of applied AI products that have reached scale and found the problems in AI products once the novelty has worn off. BotBot is our answer to solving those problems.
