How is your team uniquely positioned to solve the problem you're tackling?
No other team in the logistics space combines our level of experience across all three pillars required to build a successful AI-enabled roll-up: acquisitions, integration, and technology. I bring deep sector knowledge from years in logistics; one co-founder previously led acquisitions at a successful roll-up, giving us a proven M&A playbook; and our third co-founder has built enterprise-grade software and AI while scaling global tech teams. Together, we cover the full stack — acquisition strategy, operational integration, and cutting-edge technology — whereas most teams in the space have strength in only one or two of these areas.
What sets you apart from others in your industry?
We leverage AI and technology not to replace people, but to put humans back at the center of logistics. While the industry races to deploy bots in customer-facing roles, we use AI to automate the back office — shifting today’s 90/10 split (back office vs. customer-facing) to a model where 80% of the team can be focused on customers.
What's a memorable 'aha' moment you've had while building your startup?
At first, we were torn between building pure software and operating a logistics business. The ‘aha’ moment came when we saw just how much efficiency our AI agents could unlock inside day-to-day operations. We realized the real moat wasn’t in selling software, but in running the business itself — because that’s where we could capture the most value, prove the impact, and build something competitors couldn’t easily replicate.
