CEOs spend $400B on AI transformation, consulting, and systems — and still can't answer their most critical workforce questions without months of manual work. What should org look like as humans and AI agents work side by side? Which roles to automate? Where to redeploy talent? Who should step into critical roles?

Today these decisions run through spreadsheets, consultants, and static HR systems. They take months, cost millions, and are outdated before they land. As AI compresses years of org change into quarters, workforce decisions can no longer happen once a year. Acceler8 makes them continuous with agentic AI.
